1. Establish relations designed to build trust with the social groups to build sustainable development in the environment that ensures the operational viability of the companies.

2. Implement a system of information and communication for the development of social management that can address concerns, requests, complaint and suggestions (IPQRS) of the community in general and the company with the authorities.

3. Run environmental education programs with communities affected by the project and the workers themselves.

4. Generation of collective interest projects that position the company and raise the quality of life of the population.

5. Track the social obligations in the environmental management plans and / or environmental license, and raised in meetings and consultations.

6. Supervision and verification of compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies, guidelines and corporate principles during project implementation, determined by the following socialization processes and projects monitoring.

7. Monitoring programs of environmental, social and economic impacts; analyze the land market, goods and services, labor, entrepreneurship of local and regional companies; changes in land use and uprooting or abandonment of the activities of consumption and markets for local production and the migration of population, among others.

8. Develop timely actions to counteract or offset the impact of environmental, socioeconomic and cultural change derived from the intervention with projects.

9. Design and implement compensation programs and social strategies concerted both the communities and the authorities and the environmental control agencies, which shall be in accordance with the conditions of the region and the needs identified for those communities affected by the project.
